With five years
of experience as the assistant pastry chef at Pierre's Pastry Cafe and
Lon's Inn at the Hermosa, I have turned my attention to wedding cakes.
I am a current member
of ICES (International Cake Exploration Society) and am always looking
for ways to further my skills and stay current with wedding trends,
whether it be through classes, shows, books, travel or other forms of
learning. I also pride myself in how my cakes taste. No dry cakes here,
